About our Client

Based in Bradford but serving clients throughout the UK, Craftsman Manufacturing has been designing and producing stainless steel catering equipment for more than two decades. Manufacturing a wide range of products, from bespoke servery counters to refrigeration solutions, sinks and cladding, they need to ensure their premises are well protected to keep their operation running smoothly.

Client requirements

When the Managing Director of Craftsman Manufacturing, Andrew Thorpe contacted us, he expressed concerns over the service he’d received from his existing security company. He told us that he’d experienced several problems with his CCTV systems and fire and intruder alarms, but the company responsible for these items had failed to resolve them. Therefore, he was looking for a more reliable company to step in, solve the issues and take over the system management.

The solution

With great customer service being so important to the team here at Compass Security Innovations, we were really disappointed to hear how Andrew had been let down by his previous supplier – and promised that we’d get everything back up and running, with required improvements, as soon as we could!

We visited the client’s premises in Bradford and evaluated the existing system. We then:

• Offered several system recommendations for comparison, with a range of investment options
• Worked with the client to identify the best CCTV, fire and intruder alarm system for his requirements and budget
• Installed a new system, retaining as much of the existing equipment as feasible in order to provide the best possible value
